Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with  us you agree to the following terms and conditions:- Proprietors Refers to the owners:- Sandra Verkade & Grant Verkade TERMS Bookings can only be accepted from people over 18 years of age. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form. Full payment must be made by four weeks prior to your holiday commencing, if your arrival is less than 4 weeks away then full payment is due upon booking. If non payment arises the proprietors reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposits already paid.

CANCELLATIONS

Northvilla Apartments strongly advises you to ensure you have sufficient holiday insurance should you need to cancel, if you do then the procedure is as follows:- 1. Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to your holiday will result in a loss of 50% of the total cost of your holiday. 2. Cancellation within 4 weeks of your holiday will result in 100% of the total cost of your stay being forfeited.

OUR LIABILITY

The proprietors reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason up to 4 weeks prior to arrival with the return of any deposits paid, after 4 weeks prior to your hoilday the proprietors reserve the right to cancel as a result of force majeure '  stopping us from providing accommodation under the agreed terms,Northvilla apartments will not accept any liability other than to refund any deposits paid. The proprietor cannot be held responsible for any failure of public services or disturbance beyond our control. Northvilla Apartments and its proprietors does not accept liability for any act of negligence, acidental damage, loss or damage to property or injury or death as a result of your stay. This website is a full and fair reflection of our accommodation and services but the proprietor reserves the right to change or upgrade any fixtures and furnishings without prior notice.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Arrivals are usually on a saturday unless by prior arrangement and will be after 2 pm to allow time for cleaning to take place, departure is by 10.30 am on day of leaving unless by prior arrangement.

REPAIRS

The proprietors must be informed immediately where possible of any electrical or other failures and no repairs must be attempted by the client. We expect that our accommodation is left in the condition it was found and reserve the right to enter the property to check the building or contents at any time. The client has no rights of tenure and are expected to act lawfully and respectfully at all times.

DAMAGES & BREAKAGES

The proprietor must be informed immediately of any damage or breakages to the building or contents and charges will apply.

NO SMOKING

No smoking is permitted in any of our properties although smoking outside is permitted with due care and attention. Any breach of this will result in eviction from the property.

PETS

Northvilla apartments does not permit pets other than guide dogs in any of our accommodation and any breach will result in eviction.

OCCUPANCY LEVELS

Any client who exceeds without prior agreement the occupancy levels stated on the booking form will be subject to eviction.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints must be made in writing and given to the proprietor prior to your departure or they will be deemed invalid.
